L'OBSERVATOIRE STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

I was just wondering if anyone was planning on staying in L'Observatoire student accommodation? Or if any has stayed there and can give a review?
I'm currently unsure as to whether getting a private room/flat, or looking at residences would be better?
