21 year old girl looking for accommodation in Montpelier near to the IAE.

My name is Laura, I am an international business student and I will be doing my exchange semester in Montpellier on January 2022. I am looking for an accommodation near to the IAE since that is the institute I will be attending too. I will also be working since my idea is to get a part time job, so I plan to be very busy. I would like a calm and clean place to sleep. I live alone in Colombia so I know the drill. I am perfectly capable of cooking, cleaning, doing laundry, going to the market. I am level B1 in French but improving. I am a friendly, patient, respectful, organized and empathic person. I would love to make new friends there since I am going on my own. I love meeting new people, places, cultures, I'm also eager to learn all I can wherever I am.
