21 year-old Franco-American in business school with apartment room to sublet

I live in a fully furnished apartment (65m2) in central Montpellier, close to a tramline that goes directly to the major universities. I'm looking for someone respectful, interesting (guy, gal, doesn't matter) to rent out the second room (11,5m2) in the apartment where I live. The owner has given agreement for a sublet. The apartment is modern and in a quiet street, 2nd floor out of three w/an elevator. It's fully furnished with everything you need (fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, (no dryer-we don't use them hardly ever in France- tv, internet, etc). Everything's included but electricity costs which we would share. My interests: cinema, video games, series, talking about what's going on in the world.... Let me know if you're interested...
