Generally, what is Monash University like?

A typical Australian university where students strive to make academic success and social life balance.

What are the facilities like?

The tutorial and lab rooms are nice, but some very old. The libraries need a little work (which is currently underway). However, the science lounge is very comfortable.

What are the tutors like?

Helpful and this is the least expected from the university. They must give you feedback when asked and will provide constructive guidance when appropriate. They are friendly as well as professional. However, I don't think they like excuses too much ;)

Are the lessons easy in Monash University?

Teaching is straightforward and recorded in case you need to watch them again to understand better ;) Tutors generally teach which vocabulary they expect students at their level to understand.

Does the University organise activities? If so, what are they like?

There are many student clubs and societies organising things all the time. Free food is almost always promised ;)

The balls are a great way to meet people and have good time with uni friends.
