27 year old woman, Ph.D student, looking for a single room in Modena

Hi, I am Rana from İzmir, Turkey. I will be one of the Erasmus students of Modena in the spring term, from Jan. 25 to June 25. I am a Ph.D student, so I want to stay single to concentrate on my thesis. I can pay 300€ utmost, cheaper rooms are welcomed of course:) What I need is a single room with a bed, cupboard and a table for studying. I can clean my room myself, and I can cook my own meals. Kitchen and bathroom may be shared. I am so respective to other people's lives and very careful about their rights. The person who rents a room for me will have no problem, we will be very good friends at the end.
