Local Host

We are looking for friendly locals/expats to share Milan with travelers through relaxed, personalized city experiences.

We're especially looking for German speakers, but we're also open to candidates who speak English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other languages.

This is not a traditional tour guide role. You'll simply spend time with travelers, show them your favorite places, share local recommendations, and help them experience Milan like a local.

What we're looking for:

• Based in Milan
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with international travelers
• Passionate about Milan and local culture
• German-speaking candidates are especially welcome
• Students, Erasmus students, expats, and locals are all welcome
• No formal guiding experience required

What we offer:

• €20–€30/hour
• Potential additional hours and traveler tips
• Flexible, freelance opportunity
• Choose experiences based on your availability

Interested in sharing your Milan with travelers from around the world?  We'd love to hear from you!
