English Speaker to help young Itailan students with English homework 2x per week in Sant'Ambrogio

Hello. I am an English Teacher in Milan. I will be leaving Milan and I am looking for a native English speaker and preferably a student to take my place. The family is in Sant'Ambrogio area and there are two kids, ages 12 and one a few years older. They are very talented in English, however, they would like help one to two times per week after school with their homework and generally practicing speaking with a native.
