English native speak babysitter

Hi,

we are an Italian family living in Milan and we're looking for an English native speaker babysitter for our 3 years old child, from 4 pm to 7 pm, two days a week (Monday and Thursday - these are negotiable). He/she should take her back from school and then look after her, at the park or at home, speaking only English and playing with her.

We live in South Milan, very close to tram 24 station.
