English babysitter / exchange / independent studio

Hi,
we are an italian family living in Milan and we're looking for an english mother tongue babysitter for our daughter (2 years) for teaching English to her through games, stories, songs or simply talking with her three times a week (negotiable) in the afternoon for about 3 hours (negotiable).

Occasionally taking care of her in case of sickness in the morning.

We would like to exchange our small independent studio in Milano (closed to Bicocca University) for about 10 hours per Week (negotiable).

We can start any time from now on or for a trial period.

Preference will be given to english mother tongue candidates already living in Italy.
