We are a global digital agency and we are looking to groom a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our social media technology team.
Our technology platforms automate advertising and social media management. We work with some of the top brands and digital advertising agencies globally, and we are a strategic partner of the top social networks.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Join our dynamic and fast-growing international team to take care of our customer relationships. You will work with the biggest and most interesting social media marketers in the world to achieve maximum results. We are primarily looking for a native English or German speaker.
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent in English and 1 non-italian additional language is a plus(this must be at a native or a professional business level)
Bachelor's degree in area of business, marketing and communications preferred.
1-3 years of experience in marketing communications, social advertising
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing communications.
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Possess high levels of ambition, motivation, enthusiasm, energy and passion for travelling.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communications skills are required.
Highly organized with the ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.
Able to travel frequently.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
Develop and manage our top customer relationships on a daily basis
Drive new sales by managing customer trials
Provide dedicated support, best practices, data insights and product knowledge to create business solutions for clients
Quickly troubleshoot client issues
Upsell and cross-sell new features
Collaborate with customers, product and marketing team to design new product features or customer campaigns
Develop thought leadership material with the marketing team for clients
Develop expertise across different industries(e-commerce, fashion, mobile etc)
