Assistant for artist

Hi . I'm looking an assistant for concerts.
Violinist and singer performer .

Job Functions :
Answer phones, make calls, and direct phone inquiries as appropriate
Maintain contacts and calendar information on shared drive
Make travel arrangements 
Presence on the street projects and other concerts in other countries .
Knowledge of English and Italian, or English only . Interest in the fashion industry and music .
Resourceful, reliable individual with exceptional communication skills and organizational ability needed to support very busy successful artist. The personal assistant will report directly to the artist, and also to artist’s designees as needed.  
Communication with clients on all concerts .
