I am looking for a single room in a student apartment

Hello. My name si Claudio. 23years old. Student from Italy. I will be in Matarò for erasmus from the start of January to the end of July. I hope to learn to speak Spanish very well.

I love cooking (Italian and German recipes), sushi, classic reading and auteur cinema. Im a photographer of street and carpe diem' shoots. I like to attend the right parties, even if I hope to give several exams. I hope to visit Spain as much as possible. I like to surround myself with open-minded people.

I have full respect for the furniture and objects in the house, as well as the needs of my roommates. I'm super clean. And I love cleanliness and order. I love tranquility and I avoid conflicts. Any problem can be solved by speaking.

Im looking for a single room in student apartment, near Tecno Campus university and not too far from beach. No family or owner inside apartments.
