Room or cheaper flat in the Maribor in non paid parking zone

I'm a student from Poland (Warsaw) and I'm going to Slovenia to do my internship during vacation.

I'm looking for a room in a student flat with erasmuses and locals (that would be perfect)

I've already been living in shared flats in Warsaw and Valencia when I was on my Erasmus exchange and that was the best experience ever.

I can also rent a chea flat.

There is one condition. The flat needs to be in non-paid parking zone
