URGENT!!Looking for a room to stay for one semester

I am looking for a room or a place to stay in Mannheim just for one semester , I am now already in Mannheim staying temporarily in youth hostel , therefore urgently need a place to stay ! I am a pretty flexible person in general , even a shared room is fine with me . 

it is also possible for me to sign one year rental contract. Or pls approach me too if you are looking for someone to form a WG.
