I am offering an appartment in Mannheim Germany

Hi there! :) I would like to rent out my apartment for the duration of my semester abroad from July/August/September until December/January 2014/2015. I´m living on the second floor of a student residence in Steingaren 12 in a shared appartment with another student. My room is furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Location: Directly in front of the house, bus number 60 departs (bus stop "Gesamtschuleherzogenried") and six minutes away is the tram stop "Herzogenriedstraße". The nearest supermarkets are Penny, Kaufland and Lidl. I am sharing my apartment with another girl,who is nice and friendly, therefore it wil not be boring for you. There´s everything included in the price of 245 euro - internet, electricity, water.
