20 year old student looking for accommodation in Mannheim

I am a 20 year old English student from Newcastle University working in Ludwigshafen for a year as part of my chemistry degree. I am looking for people to live with for 1 year from 15th August 2015 to August 2016. I would prefer to be in the center of Mannheim, so I can be close to people my age and have a large choice of activities to do in my spare time. I am hoping to learn German whilst I am there through working and interacting with friends.
