20 year old exchange student from UK looking for accomodation in Mannheim

My name is Tom, I'm a 20 year old psychology student from Swansea University (Wales, UK) and am looking forward to studying for a year in Mannheim University. I'm friendly social guy who enjoys playing football, playstation and hanging out with friends! I speak English and Welsh and am hoping to become as fluent as possible in German.
Looking for furnished accomodation preferably close to the university and with other students!
Urgently needing accomodation, as flight arrives on 21st of August! So would be happy to consider short term let to enable me to find my feet! Look forward to hearing from you.
