Hercules, very big

Wuaoh what;campero;?

This is what we would say in Málaga. The word “campero” (related to the country), in Málaga, is a sandwich like the one from the picture, although this one is “extra sized”, because it’s from “Hércules”, a hamburger bar where everything is HUGE!

“Hércules” is a very well known restaurant in Málaga, where you can eat pizzas, chips, sandwiches, burgers, etc…

The “campero” from the picture is called “Discóbolo”, which is a huge “campero” filled with chicken, tomato, lettuce, mayonnaise and cheese, and just for 5’8€! But I can tell you that a “campero” like that can feed two people, and even three if they’re not too much hungry! Haha

Sandwiches are also extra big, and every slice of bread doubles the normal ones we usually find in a super market. All of the dishes are extra sized.

Me and my friends always make competitions in which the winner is the one who eats the most, and even like this, there’s always leftover food.

So if you go to “Hércules” I recommend you not eating anything the previous day!
