23 year old looking for fully/semi furnished accommodation

Hi i am jaysheel from India ... I got admitted in ovgu, Magdeburg .. So looking for accommodation to stay atleast for 6 months .. It would be easier for me to move in with less luggage if acco is fully furnished and nearer to my university .. A shared apartment is preferrable but wont share the room .. I have entered maximum range of 220 eur but a cheaper one would help (students, you know ..)
