Tourist Guide in Madrid

What are we looking for?

Weare looking for tour guides for Urban Safari.

Urban Safari is dedicated to guided tours with tricycles, we are looking for people who can ride these vehicles to take tourists and to show them Madrid.

You do not need experience or knowledge of history, we will train you with everything you need to know for doing these tours, and if you have knowledge of the history of Madrid of course it is welcomed.

Be your own boss: this job is ideal for those who have people skills, seeking for  flexibility, who like the bike world, those who do not like being behind the computer every day and like do things in their own way.

How it does work?

Once the training done we will rent you the tricycle per day or per week.

This rental price is only 15 € a day and each tour has a price of 40 € per hour, plus tips (about 10% of the tour price). Which means that in only half hour tour you will be making money and remember that we do not get anything more than the rental price of the vehicle so everything after that is only and exclusively for you.

If you rent the vehicle you will have it at your disposal from 09:00 to 22.00.

You will also receive 10% commission on all customers who come recommended by you to do our other activities:  Bbike, Tuk Tour Madrid and Wasp Rent

How do you get those tours?

You will get 60% of the tours only cycling by strategic locations such as Retiro, Royal Palace, Sol, ... the rest comes through intermediates such as Expedia, Viator and other travel agencies, through our website  and by the advertising of the vehicles in the street.

Will you have a contract or will I have to become freelance?

For us the ideal is that you become freelance but we understand that it involves a high for you cost, so we can also make a contract.

Requirements:

The most important is that you are positive, cheerful and pro-active.

To ride these tricycles we ask you have at least 19 years, you have spanish ID card ( NIE)  or work permit in Spain, you have a driving license of least 1 year old and of course that you have a good level of English.

Do not forget that you’ll have to pedal, but the tricycles are electrically assisted.
