SCOPE:

We are now looking for Portuguese and English speaking countries to join our back office team. In the position you are responsible for the contract administration and medical costs processing of our international clients.

JOB CONTENT:

1. Claims processing:
- Maintain good contacts with insurers, insured and clients concerning their policies and non-medical claims.
- Respond and process medical cost reimbursement.

2. Administration process:
- Coordinate and ensure a correct administrative follow-up of the assigned contracts/clients.
- Keep records and filing up to date.
