Game Operator

We are looking for a Game Master!
As a Game Master, you will provide a unique and immersive experience for our customers in a new and exciting field of entertainment. Whether parties or corporate team-building groups, we want to provide exceptional service and hospitality every time. Our customers are locked in uniquely themed rooms. They are given a one hour time limit to solve a series of puzzles to 'escape' the room, as if they were on a game show. While on the surface it is a fun attraction, it is serious business in need of employees who like people and take pride in their job. Employees need to be attentive to giving just the right amount of help and service. If you like puzzles and working with people, this is a great job for you!
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service in greeting and follow up
- Communicate with customers to help the game play go well
- Learn and understand the flow of the puzzles involved in each of the four themed rooms
- Reset the rooms for the next group of adventurers (no prior knowledge or similar experience is needed.)

Languages:
- Spanish, English, the ability to speak other languages is a big plus!
