english teacher/au pair

We're looking for a english teacher/external aupair for our kids. We're two mothers with kids aged 4 years and 9 months, and 3,5 and 3 years old respectively. We live reallly nearby in the centre of Madrid, quite close to Retiro Park. No experience is required; the idea is to interact, play at home, accompany to the park, cook, draw or sing nursery rhymes in a relaxed atmosphere. 

We're thinking about 5/6 hours each (10-12 hours in total) per week . Ideally, we are thinking on daily sessions after school or on 3/4 times per week. Schedule could be flexible at certain point depending on your availability. Salary to be negociated depending on experience, qualifications, results given in a couple of months time (rise of salary of hour), starting at 9€/hour with a minimum of 2 hours blocked daily.
