Two Erasmus students looking to rent a two bed roomed flat or apartment

Im a hard working student and both my friend and myself are responsible, We  need cheap but good quality accomodation with Wi-Fi for our studies and a pool is optional for relaxational purposes.

It cant be too far from the university either as neither of us drive. Id really apreciate a spacious apartment preferably on a high floor with  good scenery and good facilities in the area E.G Shops, Restaurants, Take-aways etc.

Price is a big issue for us but so is quality as we will be spending a great deal of time here . 

The Apartment facilities should be of good quality and in working order  for example  a kettle, Oven and hob, Wi-Fi,  two bedroom or one with a twin bed, TV not essential but preferable with connection ports for Laptops etc, a private toilet and the apartment should be furnished, comfortable, Bright and Airy.

I know ur demands are many but we just want to get thje best out of this experience i really hope that at least one place can match some of these criteria.

I myself am not a smoker but my friend is ,but that doesnt bother me, 

AS i said Price and comfort are a big issue so we cant be too picky we are hoping to both get jobs so we could aford to pay more
