ROOMMATE NEEDED for next academic year

We are two 20-year-old international students (Carlos: South Korean born in Mexico and Seb: Venezuelan raised in Qatar).

We have a spare room that needs to be occupied since our other roommate is leaving. The flat is located in Menendez Pelayo, right between Retiro park and the Atocha station. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. We are looking for someone like us, international, fun, and chill but also respectful to others. Preferably men and a student. We are smokers. If you want an exciting academic year, our flat is the way to go. We both speak fluent English and Spanish.

The rent would be around 500 Euros a month without other expenses but it is something that is still in negotiation with the landlord.
