Potential flat but need a fourth person from FEB -JUNE 01ST

We have found a perfect flat but we need a fourth person! The rent would be 325 euros for the month not including bills. The flat is big, close to Sevilla metro station two bathrooms and we are friendly acting students. The flat is directing opposite Cervante's house and is a very arty area.
