Hello! I'm looking for a female roommate for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Vallecas. The room has air-conditioning, built in wardrobe and a Smart TV available for rent for women only. Rent is 500 + gastos (negotiable). Less than 200m from Metro Line 1 and 5 mins walking from super markets, parks, public library, restaurants, and local vendors. Very well located! We even have a dishwasher so we don't need to any dishes! Hahaha!
I'm from India, I'm doing a PhD and my other roommate is from Japan, she is studying Spanish so we are looking for another girl to join us who is international minded and can be a good roommate!
