Neat and Responsible Engineer looking for accommodation in Madrid

Hi, I'm an Indian engineer, and am looking for a room to stay near the Ciudad Lineal / Concepcion / Colina areas in Madrid from the 18th of December.
My office is near the Indonesian Embassy in Madrid.
I need a furnished room, with kitchen privileges, and WiFi and a Washer Dryer at home.
I don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol and I don't do drugs and I don't play loud music either, and I am looking for roommates who don't smoke indoors and who don't use drugs indoors. I'm a very neat, organized, and responsible person.
I don't have any criminal convictions either ;-)
I'm easy going and have a good sense of humour.
I'm fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujrati, and Punjabi, and am planning to learn Spanish while I live in Madrid.
