near of the center area

We are three girls  Felmary, Pamela and Carla, we will be studying a master and we want to seach for an entire place to stay or share with others, if its possible near the center area or close to our University, Next International Bussiness School. We are responsible and easy going, we want to find a safe place, too and if possible with a metro station close and other areas like supermarkets, malls or parks where to practice outdoors sports.
