Looking for roomate/two rooms for my sister and I in Madrid! (preferably girls only)

Me and my sister are looking for roomies or a double room to stay from the first of March, we are Mexican with Spanish nationality that soon we will be studying next semester, we love animals and live together, we are very responsible, tidy and friendly.

The areas we are interested in are: Barrio de Salamanca, Chamberí, La Latina, Chamartín, or surrounding areas.

Most of the time we would be working, but we would love to be with someone who likes to socialize (if not, no problem either). We both speak fluent English and Spanish, and we would prefer to stay with pure girls, but we are open to possibilities!
Maximum we would pay 450 euros each one of us including expenses, thanks!
