Hello! We're two friends from Marbella, and we're looking for a new roommate who matches our profile to share our fantastic flat.

Meet Us:

• Carlos (21): South Korean, born in Mexico, currently doing an internship in Madrid.
• Fernando (23): A prestigious DJ, performing across Spain and internationally.

About Our Flat:

• Located on Avenida Menéndez Pelayo, perfectly situated between Retiro Park and Atocha Station.
• It’s a modern, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, fully renovated just two years ago.
• Fully furnished with all essentials: TV, the newest Xbox, a comfortable sofa, bed, kitchen supplies, internet, air conditioning, heating, etc.
• An exterior flat with a small balcony facing the avenue.

What We’re Looking For:

• An easy-going individual
• Respectful of others.
• Preferably a male flatmate
• We don’t mind smokers.
• Clean individual.

• Contract Period: from July 2024 until the end of June 2025
• No deposit: We have paid all the necessary deposits.

• Rent must be paid within the first 3 days of each month.
• Initial payment of 600€, separate from rent.
