Looking for mate in shared apartment from September to December (Madrid)

Hi everyone! I'll be out of my room in a shared apartment with 3 other guys (2 spanish and one dutch) from September to December 31.
It's a really well located apartment in the center of Madrid. Embajadores (10 minutes walking to Atocha and 2 metro stops to Sol), in front of the metro/renfe station (Metro Line 3 and Renfe Line 5). It has four rooms, a living room, one big bathroom and kitchen.
The price is 400€ + utilities (about 50€ every two months). The owner of the building is a student agency so there is a lot of young students living around.
