I'm leaving Madrid in July (2024) after my SICUE exchange and I'm looking for someone to replace me in the flat I've been living in, to start in August this year. It's an all girls flat (3 bedrooms), my 2 former flatmates will stay and I'm looking for someone who would fit with them: non smoker, female, no pets.
The rent is 283€/month + bills, it's 1 minute away from the Almendrales metro station.
