Looking for 2 flatmates in Madrid — January 2027 | IE MiM
Hi! I’m Francisco, starting the Master in Management at IE Business School in January 2027.
I’m looking for two people to team up and rent an entire three-bedroom flat near IE’s María de Molina campus, ideally around Prosperidad, Avenida de América, Guindalera or nearby.
The target rent is €1,500–€2,000/month for the whole flat—roughly €500–€667 per person before bills, depending on the rooms.
I’m planning to move in early January and stay at least 12 months, ideally through April 2028. Fellow IE students or young professionals planning a similar stay would be a great fit.
I’ve shortlisted a few flats, but nothing is booked yet—we would choose the place together.
