ITALIAN STUDENT LOOKING FOR FLATEMATES STARTING FROM SEPTEMBER 2014

I'm Filippo Imberti, I’m a 23 and I'm from Milan.
I study architecture and I'm gonna spend an Erasmus year in Madrid starting from September 2014.
This summer I have already been in Madrid, in July, and I rented an apartment that I would like to share with students like me.
The apartment is amazing: 250mq with 6 huge bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 4 W.C.
Plus there is also a big terrace of 40mq.
It’s in the centre of Madrid, in Malasaña neighbourhood but in a calm and silent Street.
The price is 390 euros each person each month with the expenses included.

Este verano ya me fui en Madrid, en julio, y alquilé un piso que me gustaría compartir con jóvenes estudiantes como yo.
El piso esta espectacular: 250mq con 6 dormitorios 1 salón, 1 cocina y 4 W.C.
Además tiene una terraza muy grande.
Es en el centro de Madrid, en el barrio Malasaña pero en una calle tranquilla y poco ruidosa.
El precio cada persona es 390 euro al mes con los gastos incluidos.
