International Student Flat

Hi, I'm Thomas Sheasby Currie, and I'm looking for roommates in Madrid!

I'm 23 and I just finished my degree at the UAM. 

I'm about to leave my flat in Madrid, but I need to find 4 people to live in it now.

This place is very nice; depending on the room the price is between 280€ and 320€ per month, plus water gas and electricity expenses, but the Wi-fi is included, and there is even a cleaning service once a week, also included! We have three supermarkets that are literally 3 min walking and lots of other shops too. We are between the metro stops of Marques de Vadillo and Urgel, so it takes 20 min to get to Callao. There is also a library 2 min away.

As I said, the place is really international. I know because I have lived here 4 years, and people from like a dozen different places have been living in the flat. Spain, Finland, Italy, England, France, Turkey, Argentina, Croatia, Romania, Venezuela, Hungary, Colombia, Greece, Norway and maybe more I can't remember.

Plus the owners are really nice and flexible, so they can help with a lot of things if you're new to the city. And I'll definitely help you out too :)
