In Urgent need of a room

Hola, 

My name is Saba, I am an erasmus student at UEM, in villaviciosa, from Canada.

I need a room as soon as possible, around Principe pio preferably, but other locations that I would agree on are Arguelles, Plaza de Espana, Opera, Gran Via, Sol, or anything in between these places.

My budget is anywhere between 250 euros-400 euros, with bills included (preferably).

I need to move as early as tomorrow because my landlady has been treating me and the other roomates horribly, and we constantly feel harassed by her, so I would definately like to live in a flat JUST STUDENTS. 

I do not care who I live with (male or female), I live with 2 guys right now and we get along great, just not with a live-in landlord please.

I am extremely responsible, respectful, clean, I keep to my word and I am easy to get along with :)

I speak english, and very little spanish.
