¡Hola amigos! 27 year old male, PhD student, looking for accommodation in Madrid nearby Hospital Contablanco

Hi everyone!
I'm Mustafa and a PhD student from Turkey. I was invited by Hospital Contablanco, am planning to go for the dates between June29th - August30th. I couldn't find an accommodation near Contablanco area, it would be great if the place is far at least 30 minutes away by public transport .
Besides I'm a cosy, open-minded, very tidy and clean person. I don't smoke and don't drink alcohol.
I try to learn Spanis by the way, this is gonig to be great opportunity to practice.
