HAVE APARTMENT IN MALASANA - NEED FLATMATE

My name is will I’m a 29-yr old graduate of Cornll University. I used to work at Morgan Stanley in New York and now I work in Consulting here in Spain. I’m looking for a roommate for my shared apartment in Malasana, Madrid from Aug 15th onward. The lease would have to start Aug 15th. . It’s an amazing area, right next to the plaza. It’s a three bedroom apartment, 1500 square feet (140 m2), a dishwasher, washer/dryer, 3 balconies, and large bedrooms. I'm living in the interior bedroom and you’ll be sharing the apartment with another guy who is a graduate of Institu Empresa. I work long hours (9-10PM) and am never home. I’m clean, respectful, and quiet. The room would come with a bedframe, mattress, and desk and chair. I’ve lived in New York, Madrid, London, Costa Rica, and China and have had many roommates in New York City. The price of the room is 550 without utilities and internet which are around 30-40 eur a month each
