Erasmus student looking for accommodation in Leganes, Madrid

I m looking for a room that I can rent near to the UC3M - University of Carlos III, Leganes with necessary amenities like wifi, washing machine, kitchen and my budget is 450 euros in total. Please help me out and let me know the recommendations if you have any. I am from India and a semester exchange student and will be studying for 4 months. I am very fun loving kind of person and would love to interact with new people.
