Busco Roommate para alquilar piso / Looking for roommate

Soy mexicocubanaespañola, tengo 18 años, con mente abierta y voy a empezar la universidad. Me gusta la aventura y la naturaleza, las buenas conversaciones y hacer amigos.

Estoy buscando piso en Madrid. El numero de habitaciones para mi no es problema y estoy abierta a propuestas. Me gustaría que fuera en un barrio tranquilo, limpio, si pudiera ser con áreas verdes. He visto barrios como Lavapiés, Malasaña, Retiro. Sin embargo no me limito a estos. Mi presupuesto es pagar máximo 350 EUR (si es menos mejor) y la estancia sería del curso 2017-2018 completo.

Quisiera no solo encontrar roommates sino también amigos. Soy tranquila pero también me gusta divertirme por lo que me gustaría convivir con personas que compartan este pensamiento. Además para mi es importante el órden. Sobretodo tener una buena convivencia. :)

Me encantaría poder convivir con personas de otros paises y aprender de su cultura. Y sería genial practicar otros idiomas.

Preferiría compartir piso con chicas (a menos que fueramos un grupo grande mixto).

I'm looking for accomodation (flat / studio) in Madrid. The number of rooms is not a problem for me and I'm open to purposals. I would like to find a nice, calm and clean neighborhood with green areas. I've seen neghborhoods like Lavapiés, Malasaña, Retiro. However I'm not limited to these. My budjet is 350 EUR (much better if it is less than this). We will stay the hole course 2017-2018.

I would like to not only find roomies, but to find friends too. I am a calm and relaxed person but I also like to have fun, that's why I would like to live with people who share this point of view. To have a clean and tidy home is also important for me. 

I would love to live with people from different countries and learn their culture. It would be great to practice different languages too.

I would rather share flat with girls (unless we are a large mixed group).
