34 years old guy master student at UCM and working from home looking for accommodation in Madrid

I am a 34 years old male, studying master degree at UCM. I will be working from home from monday to thursday so I'll not bother my roomates so much. Also i'm very quiet, not much of a party guy, friendly in general, easy to get along with.
I would prefer an older roomate almost my age, but if it's youger it's ok as long as he/she is not a messy/party/loud person.
