24yr old girl and 26yr old boy looking for a flatmate, flat not decided yet

Hi, I am from Spain, and she is coming from California. We are looking for a 3rd flatmate that wants to stay during the whole course 22/23 beginning in September maybe :'), we haven't decided the flat yet because she is waiting for her Visa, but we have a couple of options, the prices are around 400€ each while the locations are all around the center, el Retiro, etc.

We want a person who seeks a good environment at home, who is clean and tidy, and we prefer if you speak English in order to make it easy for everyone. We don't know much about Madrid so we are up for every kind of plan, from partying to a relaxing afternoon in the park. Just good vibes.
