23 year old looking for an accommodation in Madrid ASAP

Hi 

I’m Simon, 23 years old, and I’m coming to Madrid for a three-month internship. I’m an International Business Management student from Belgium, and I’d describe myself as easygoing, respectful, social and clean.

I already did my Erasmus in Madrid from September 2025 to January 2026, so I know the city quite well and I’m really excited to come back!

I’m currently urgently looking for accommodation inside the M-30, as my internship starts at the end of this month. I’m hoping to move in around 20–23 September and stay until the end of December. I’m also open to renting until the end of January if necessary. 

My budget is maximum €650/month, including utilities.

I’m completely fine living with both guys and girls and can adapt easily to different personalities. The main thing I care about is living with people who are respectful and clean.
