Hi there! We are Candela and Salva, a Spanish boy and an Argentinian girl who are looking for a flatmate to stay during the month of August in a 3 bedroom apartment in the city of Madrid. This cozy apartment is located in the Estrecho/Francos Rodriguez, very well-communicated with the city centre through the Line 1 and Line 7 of subway. Our apartment is ideal for those of you who arrive to the city and need a safe and well-located place with young people to share time with. We pay 400 eur/month rent plus light/gas and Internet expenses (not more than 50eur/month). We are kind, sociable, respectful, clean and LGBT friendly.
