22 year old student looking for accommodation near UCM Madrid

My name is Celina and I am 22 years old.

I am a Fine Arts student looking for a place to stay in Madrid.

I will be there for exchange for a period of approximately 5 months (from February to June).

I will be in Madrid to view places on the 28th and 29th December, so I can make appointments to see the rooms.

I was wondering, is the room available? And if so, would it be possible to see this room end of December?

Voy a hacer intercambio por 5 meses (de Febrero a Junio).
