22 year old girl from malta on a 6 month internship

My daughter (22 year old) from malta is doing an internship in Atocia, from October, and just learning to speak Spanish.  Ideally roommates would be her age, 20-25 years old. She wishes that accommodation is close to Atocia, so as to avoid travelling costs. Also ideal if shops are close by and of course in a good and safe area.

She would prefer a good-sized bedroom, preferably with window or balcony and that there is more than 1 shared bathroom. Also, a good- sized kitchen and a comfortable living room. Balcony/terrace is a plus.
