21 year old Psychology/Spanish degree student wanting a two bedroom apartment or house in central madrid: Erasumus exchange year

Two female students on an erasums teaching year. Ideally we would like a room with a double bed as i am 1.84m tall ;). Central Madrid or very near to it if possible. I would like all utilities to be included in the price If possible! Pets are fine if you have them, outside space it balcony doors would be lovely! I am staying until June 2018, so if I like a place i would look to book it initilaly short term, then extend it if suitable to both myself and the landlord! thank you!
