21 and 20 year old girls looking for accomodation in Madrid centre

Hello, we are two Italian girls of 21 and 20 years who will be in Madrid in Erasmus from September 2019 to June 2020. We are looking for two single rooms in the same house or a double room to share. We will prefer a house in the centre, in a neighborhood like Latina or Lavapiés and we can spend a maximum of 300/350 euros per head. We will be in Madrid from 4 September and would like to have the opportunity to arrange a previous appointment to see the rooms before taking them. Can anyone help us? Thank you in advance!
