20 yr old Canadian student looking for room in female only apartment from Aug 25 to Dec 24 in Madrid.

I am coning from Vancouver to Madrid to do a semester at IE  University. Looking for  a room in a girls only apartment. Close to center of town with proximity to metro  preferably line 7 or 10. Occasional overnight visitors must be permitter (my family and friends who are also on exchage might come once in a qhile). Know a bit of Spanish  and eager  to improve my spanish.
